Imaged as a naked woman with black hair, her wings wrapped around an infant, which she holds in her arms. From the curve of her wings, it can be seen that she is also generously pregnant; this is also marked by a black line on her lower lip that is typical of pregnant Lilitai. In more elaborate presentations, she may be tattooed with Oksinení (i.e., Kreskézaian) script. Resting around one ankle is the Ksreskézaian artists' caste marker, and her tail is curled around an Oksinení double-tipped writing brush.

She is the general target of prayers when one wishes for something to succeed, especially if that thing is creative or alive. The magical technology that lets the Lilitasa reproduce is considered a gift from Zeltetéa. Lilitaní pregnancies were very rare on the Oksete due to poor maintenance of the Rotomemí parthenogenesis machines that were responsible for enabling artificial insemination.

Lilitic rites and offerings to Zeltetéa tend to be very personal, asking the stilla for approval of the Lilita's own being (Stillimé il Uvía, or Stillimé il Thela.) Offerings to Zeltetéa usually involve personal artefacts, and do not get made as lightly as with some other goddesses in the Lilitic pantheon. This reinforces the idea that one must put a part of oneself into every act.
