The Central Expanse Powers Congress is an intergovernmental body founded by post-Ksreskézaian states with the goal of encouraging and supporting diplomacy in the Expanse. It was organised by the Pzuubvaal, Lilitai, Zaqjin, Mazuršt, and Liwíen in 68149 lky; a few months later, the Lilitai braved the journey to Tletkars with the intent of delivering an invitation to the Tletkettoyi, and discovered it was no longer inhabited. Since then, the Hogedepi Commonwealth and various governments of Thet have intermittently been members.
