When the Lilitai dream, it is believed they are seeing glimpses of all the events that lie outside of true history. No two dreams are the same, and no dream can ever exactly match reality. (This is how the Lilitai convince their children not to put any stock in nightmares.) The mind is steered toward potentials and ideas that are exert a strong emotional impression on the dreamer (in Ksreskézaian terms, they are caused by pressures from the various god-spirits of emotions.)

Existing alongside the dream-space are the spirits of the dead. They are free to explore concepts as they see fit, but are limited to visiting the memories of those amongst their number. When a person dies, her memories are added to the collective territory of the dead, and carved out of the greater whole of possibility. This place does not adhere to the normal dimension of time and instead experiences only causality.

Several goddesses affect the dead. Prayers to Múrekíha (the goddess of sadism) or sufficiently toxic personalities will result in solitary confinement until the unpleasant elements of the mind are removed before a mind will be allowed to join the greater afterlife. Prayers to Úravéa shorten lifespans due to their dangerousness. Tshayéa shepherds the dead and dreaming, and brings the dead to Neptarlekina. Neptarléa and Rostyaekía both collect the dead from their bodies (depending on the valour of the person in question), and Poaléa heals the bodies, hearts and minds of the dead before they are brought into the domain.
