Wemno.
Wemno, n. A major city on Ksreskézo known for its high merchantile activity. Because of its similarity to the Lilitic word wemné, various misunderstandings about the city's culture have cropped up over the centuries, including the conflicting beliefs that its population were rebellious or that they were militarily aggressive—this was true in the distant past, when it was the seat of a series of dynasties, but during the Ninth Empire it primarily competed with Tévopío economically.
