This is considered to be a submerged form of aresekhta, but may be also applied to forms of rest other than sleep. Thus Sa mohis aresekíau apes saní yepekíal, kwes raní manazekhtefal translates to "I get no relief from my game-playing because of your decision" and not the more literal "I have restless sleep during my game-playing because of your decision."
