Rotomemi is a distant relative of standard Kuanidic, displaying many properties and habits quite unlike the historical dialects of Kuanid well-attested by Lyrisclensian and Telaian scholars. The existing corpus of Rotomemi text is very small, consisting only of records and documents kept by the Ksreskézai, and a handful of assumptions made by looking at later loanwords found in various forms of Tshírafo.
