A Telaian ship, the Sérieux, crash-lands in the Doisseia river after a protracted struggle with a Hogedep fleet in the Tletketti borderlands. Captained by Leo Vitter. Vitter's wife (and first gunner) Amiophera died in the accident and was buried in a valley near Kunanoten, which was named Amiopherica in her honour. When Leo passed away some years later, his body was brought to Thet and interred next to hers. Much of the valley's landmass survived the Shattering, by which point it was known as Amphera.
