alobé, v. To risk. Generally the risk is specified with the dative and the thing placed in danger (if not the subject) is in the accusative. This is because of the shared etymology with idzhobé; e.g. "Sa alobis sí koisé mútzekal," I risk my home to fire.

viglobé, v. To risk money; to place a wager. Sa viglobir éntí gulai oshes rí dúrafal; la rezsabtúbil, "I bet ten bucks on your ship; it must win." (i.e., I want it to win.)

flopé, v. To gamble; to bet on something with no skill involved.
