hedu, n. About, regarding, which speaks of.

usage: This is a relativizer, analogous to tsilu in grammatical function and usage, except that where tsilu is translated as "which", hedu modifies the verb of the dependent clause to indicate the head noun is about the thing described rather than actually performing it. Example: Mí libra heda Améara vezé, "the book that is about the goddess of love." Contrast with the complementizer hedíu, which creates independent subclauses instead.

There is a special case for inalienable that uses a more compact adverb–genitive structure; see hedí for an example.

attestation: Introduced in the Venrafivía period.
