humanoid.

lentúzu, n. Human (biological term).

usage: A longer word, lentúzurivíu, is used for bipedal animals in general; however the equivalent kotúzu means all quadrupeds and does not indicate a specific group. When these terms were developed, the Lilitai were the only bipeds in abundance and lentúzu narrowed in meaning.

etymology: lenúí túzu, i.e. two legs.
attestation: Obsolete c. 10 IKY.
