experience.
veshé, v. (a) To experience; (b) to be (without agency).
usage: For (a), the object complement (ukhil, etc.) may be used to provide a description of the thing experienced, and the subject complement can do the same for the speaker: Sa aleponí Lilitas veshis laní tshítset sithed, "I as a free Lilitu experienced her words as sound." In dialects lacking the complements, genitives can be used: Lilitán aleponis sa vásye sitheyi tshítsaki lán. For (b), as with vé. In this case, the only distinction is that the subject does not feel she has control over the events: Sa polurías vis, "I am happy [by choice]" vs. Sa polurías vish, "I am happy [whether I like it or not]."
